One thing my husband and I kind of enjoy doing is buying older homes and fixing them up. Well let me rephrase that…I enjoy it, but Jake’s usually left behind kicking & screaming. So in our 3 years of marriage, we have lived in 2 houses. Both of them were built almost 100 years ago! The first house was remodeled before we moved in, but when we bought our current house, it was a COMPLETELY different story. We bought the house at a steal! It was a foreclosure, and we did a complete renovation. If you have the resources, flipping a house is a great way to make & invest money. We hope to profit when we do decide to sell.
